Transcription: Slowly bring the dumbbell down behind the head, allowing the elbows to bend as the weight comes down. Most of the movement will come from the shoulders. When the upper arms are parallel to the body, begin lifting the weight back to the starting position, extending the arms at the elbows. Continue pulling the weight over the body toward the navel. When the arms are past the point where they're perpendicular to the body, repeat the movement.
